Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unworn and unused
• Item must be in original condition
• Item must not be damaged
• Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene reasons, certain items (including chamois products) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos attached.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
