Production time is approximately 14 days (2 weeks).

Shipping timeframes begin only after dispatch.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind due to the custom production nature of our products.

6. Order Cancellations
Because items are made to order, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order.
After production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
