Order Processing (Pre-Order Production & Dispatch)
All Tubbed City items are released as limited-time pre-orders and are made to order.
Production begins once the advertised pre-order window closes.
For DROP 01 (1/03/26 – 15/03/26), production begins 16/03/26.
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production, with dispatch expected from early April 2026.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note that during new drops, promotions or high-demand periods, production times may be slightly longer.
Tubbed City is a small independent brand producing limited exclusive runs — we appreciate your patience while your piece is being made.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship Australia-wide.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Standard Shipping (Australia)
Flat rate calculated at checkout.
Express Shipping (Australia)
Available at checkout for faster delivery once your order has been dispatched.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions — follow Tubbed City on social media to stay updated.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Because Tubbed City releases are produced after the pre-order window closes, delivery timeframes include two stages:

Production Period – Approximately 2–3 weeks after the pre-order closes.

Shipping Time – Begins once your order has been dispatched.
For DROP 01 (closing 15/03/26), dispatch is expected from early April 2026.
Once dispatched:
Standard Shipping (Australia):
Approximately 2–8 business days, depending on your location.
Express Shipping (Australia):
Approximately 1–4 business days.
Please note that shipping timeframes are separate from production time and are estimates only. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to carrier issues.
